PURCHASING

Please allow up to 2 weeks from purchase to delivery.

As soon as payment is received and the painting has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your purchase is on its way with a tracking number.

In the unlikely event that work has become damaged during postage then please get in contact and we can investigate how this may have happened and resolve the problem. 

CUSTOM FEES, DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES (BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK)

Custom fees, Duty and Import charges may apply to overseas destinations. The customer is responsible for any of these additional charges that may be incurred by our goods being shipped to your country.

For buyers in the EU who have not previously had to pay these charges, please ensure you understand what fees you may be liable for.

RETURNS

Please make sure you are 100% happy with the painting before you purchase. (See accuracy of content below).

Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Anna Mac. 

We cannot reimburse the postage on return goods. 

ACCURACY OF CONTENT

The computer screen can never give a true example of colours and texture. Please remember that colours may vary slightly in real life
